We offer an architecture service, CTM “Conception Technology Module” which provides an overview before the organisation drills down to a technical solution or technical architecture. The CTM provides a macro-level view with a roadmap of what needs to be achieved in order to align the architecture to the business outcome. This is part of business architecture framework and alignment to Togaf 9.2.
Project Delivery - adopting both methodology PMI, and Prince 2 depending on the organisation’s maturity and adoption. The project delivery is a blend between science and art. We leverage our unique Digital Platform iPM to support and ensure consistency of delivery by imbedding the process into our digital solution to support and ensure delivery success.
We offer and establish a PMO “Project Management Office” in a very pragmatic way, which will enable the project to meet and align to global standard, but not over complicating it with manual process, forms, templates, etc… We focus on digitalizing the entire process to enable a more effective and smooth transition from stage gate 0 – to project completion. PMO provides clearer communication and collaboration between the stakeholders, team members and external parties involved. This part of the digitalization is enabled via iPM Solution to ensure fast and effective transformation to the PMO and consistency of adoption with simplicity.
We offer a Project Rescue Service, for clients who are dealing with a troubled project; or need to assess current running projects status from governance, control, compliance and consistency. We come in and conduct an assessment and audit, then bridge any process or compliance gaps as part of the red or green review to reduce or eliminate further risk and impact to running or new projects. We can also carry on as a shadow during delivery until the project completion.
